1. Processing Time
Order Processing: All orders (excluding made-to-order) are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that processing times may be longer during high-demand periods such as holidays or product launches.
Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with details of your purchase. A separate email will be sent once your order has shipped, including a tracking number

Domestic Shipping:
We offer flat-rate shipping for domestic orders within the United States Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
International Shipping:
We ship internationally to select countries. Shipping rates for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package. Please note that any customs duties or taxes incurred during international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping on domestic orders over $100. Free shipping promotions may be offered at other times, which will be communicated via our website or email.
3. Shipping Methods
Domestic:
We use USPS, FedEx, and UPS for domestic shipping. You can choose from available options such as standard shipping, expedited shipping, or next-day delivery (if available).
International:
International orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, and UPS. Depending on the destination country. Delivery times for international orders vary based on location and shipping method. Estimated shipping times will be provided at checkout.

Domestic Orders:
Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days
International Orders:
Shipping times for international orders can range from 7-20, depending on the destination country and selected shipping method.
Please be aware that customs processing may cause delays beyond our control.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through, USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation email.

If your package has not arrived within the estimated shipping time, please check the tracking number for updates. If the package is marked as "delivered" but you haven't received it, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, or your local post office.
