Final Sale Collections
The following collections are strictly final sale and not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

Made to order
These items are excluded from any return or exchange policy due to their custom, limited, or clearance nature.
Eligible Returns – 7 Day Window
Products not marked as final sale may be returned under the following conditions:

You must initiate a return request within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Returns must be approved before shipping back to us.

Customers are responsible for return shipping.

No restocking fees apply.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days of receipt.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery:

Email support@agathiststudios.com with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We may offer a replacement (if available), store credit, or refund at our discretion.

We reserve the right to deny requests that do not meet these conditions.
